From sailing the high seas as personal chefs and competing in international culinary events, to establishing one of the most popular catering companies in Dallas, Jo and Andrew have always been committed to providing the highest quality cuisine.

And, as natives of Australia, Jo and Andrew have an inherent and often contagious spirit of fun and good humor. Sharing this energy and enthusiasm for fine food inspired them to open Andrew Ormsby Catering (AOC).
